Venue Hire: First and last name, Company name, E-Mail address, Phone, IP
Dance school – First and last name, Personal address, E-Mail address, Phone, Date of birth, IP
The first and last name, Company name, E-Mail address, phone and IP are to be processed for a formation of the service offer for venue hire, a negotiation about this offer or for the purpose of a response to Your questions. These personal data shall be processed by the Company of Národní dům – Kulturní dům železničářů, s.r.o. during the time period being necessary for the negotiation concerning a conclusion of the contract provided You do not give a consent to other processing.
Personal data used as a basis for registration into the dancing courses of the National house of Vinohrady Dance school referred to point No.1 shall be processed by the Company of Národní dům – Kulturní dům železničářů, s.r.o. for a maximum of 2 years from the end of the participation of the given dance course.
Personal data processing will be performed by the Company of Národní dům – Kulturní dům železničářů, s.r.o. representing a personal data administrator, however the personal data for this Company can processed eventually even by other providers of software, services and applications, what have not been utilized by the Company currently.
